Jiujiang, a famous cultural city in Jiangnan with a history of 2,200 years, is known as the "mouth of three rivers and a thoroughfare to seven provinces" and the "northern gateway to Jiangxi". It has been an important commercial and transportation hub since ancient times.
People say Jiujiang is described as having "three parts water, four parts mountains, two parts farmland, and one part roads and villages." The water is the mighty Yangtze River, and the mountain is the world-famous Mount Lu. Climbing the mountain and gazing into the distance, one sees the vastness of heaven and earth, and the mighty Yangtze River. The poet Li Bai's line, "A waterfall plunges three thousand feet, as if the Milky Way were falling from the ninth heaven," cannot fully capture the magnificent beauty of Mount Lu.
