Over three days and two nights, hundreds of bookkeeping agencies visited industry benchmarks for in-depth exchanges and learning

For a long time, the lack of information exchange in the bookkeeping industry has been one of the major problems faced by various bookkeeping institutions. Many small and medium-sized bookkeeping institutions do not know how to transform when facing the development of The Times and industry changes, thus missing the best period for transformation and development.

Adhering to the philosophy of helping clients succeed and promoting the development of the industry, on March 6, 2019, Yunzhangfang initiated the first large-scale study tour and visit event for the bookkeeping industry across the country. Over a hundred bookkeeping institutions from all over the country participated in this event. This event lasts for three days. The study tour route starts from Shanghai, goes to Hangzhou and then to Nanjing. This event not only created an opportunity for the bosses of bookkeeping companies to learn and communicate with their peers, but also helped the bookkeeping companies integrate the resources of leading bookkeeping institutions and gain a deeper understanding of the advanced accounting factory model that is highly efficient, low-cost and de-specialized.

On the afternoon of March 6th, the study tour group first visited the 10,000-account bookkeeping agency in Shanghai - Qiying Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Platform. Qiying has currently served over 10,000 enterprises. During the two-month winter campaign last year, it achieved an outstanding record of continuously adding over 1,000 new customers each month. As one of the high-quality clients of Yunzhangfang, Qiying not only uses the Yunzhangfang system for accounting and tax filing, but also has maintained a deep cooperative relationship with Yunzhangfang and jointly held many events. His chairman, He Mingtao, extended a warm welcome to the guests who had come from afar and expressed that he would offer all his help to the bookkeeping companies that wanted to learn without reservation. During the lecture, Mr. He pointed out: 'We are in the bookkeeping industry and can personally feel that the cost of acquiring customers is getting higher and higher. How can we improve conversion rates and reduce labor costs? Besides leveraging platforms to achieve de-professionalization and cut costs, we also need to seize marketing opportunities in each service link.' '

Subsequently, the study tour group visited Shanghai Mingxi Group. Fang Junsheng, the founder and CEO of Mingxi Group and the executive president of the Shanghai Enterprise Establishment Agency Association, introduced the development of the association and shared the experience of its establishment with everyone. Yang Xin, the general manager of Mingxi Group, introduced the company's use of Yunzhangfang. Yunzhangfang has enabled Mingxi's financial personnel efficiency to reach 150 and has broken away from the reliance on professional finance. At the end, I also shared with everyone the necessity and advantages of accounting group management!

On March 7th, the study tour group arrived in Hangzhou and first visited Hangzhou Jibangbang. Jibangbang is a professional one-stop enterprise full life cycle service provider, and its marketing and customer acquisition capabilities rank among the top in Hangzhou. Mr. Huang Gongcheng, the general manager of Jibangbang, shared with everyone his experience of crossing over from the Internet industry to the tax and finance service industry. He also shared marketing and customer acquisition experiences based on the company's development history for everyone's reference and learning.

During the study tour at Hangzhou Hangcai Financial Consulting Co., LTD., the person in charge of Hangcai led everyone to visit the company's office environment and operation mode. As a special guest, Wang Qiong, the general manager of Shanghai Zhonghuo, shared with the study tour group the three core systems of Zhonghuo's development: the customer acquisition system, the service system, and the management system. Mr. Wang stated, 'In the customer acquisition system, what matters is that traffic is king.' In the service system, once a company exceeds 1,000 households, its financial and tax service capabilities and service quality must be upgraded accordingly. There are various ways to improve, such as optimizing internal processes and establishing standardized assembly line operations. Clarify job responsibilities and form standardized service documents; Build a competitive salary system, etc. In the management system, companies may encounter various problems, such as disorganized customer data archiving, cumbersome access, untimely service follow-up, and inaccurate data analysis. My approach is to address management process issues by leveraging system software to achieve standardization and normalization of the processes.'

In the afternoon, the study tour group visited Hangzhou Jihong Financial Consulting Co., LTD. Mr. Zhu, the general manager of Jihong Finance, shared his views on the pain points of accounting agencies and invited Mr. Wang Qiong, the general manager of Shanghai Zhonghuo, to share her insights on the independent accounting of the Amiba system.
